Cheryl Lynn Archer is the Founder and CEO of Beyond Tinted Lenses LLC, a personal growth and community engagement platform created to encourage healing, purpose, and legacy building.

As a senior life coach, author, speaker, and intergenerational community organizer, Cheryl brings more than experience—she brings lived understanding. She knows firsthand that aging is not the end of becoming. It is another opportunity to reimagine, reinvent, and begin again with wisdom, courage, and intention.

Her own journey of healing, rediscovery, and renewed purpose inspired her book, Beyond Tinted Lenses, and continues to shape the work she does today. Through coaching, workshops, speaking, and community conversations, Cheryl helps aging adults and their families embrace aging with confidence, reconnect with purpose, and see the value of every season of life.

Cheryl’s strength is her ability to meet people with compassion, encouragement, and honesty. She understands the life transitions, questions, and possibilities that come with aging because she is walking that journey too. That shared experience allows her to create safe, meaningful spaces where aging adults feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered to keep showing up for themselves, their families, and their communities.
